Delivery Methods

Delivery is made internationally only after confirmation of payment by the Seller's bank. The product(s) will be delivered to the address the CUSTOMER indicated during the ordering process. The order shipping time is a maximum of fifteen (15) days from the full payment of the order. These times are exclusive of weekends and public holidays.

The customer will have the following choices for the delivery method:

• In-store pickup (free)
• Chronopost: to an address defined in advance, or to a Pick Up network relay point, or a Post Office
• Colissimo: delivery to an address defined in advance
• Relais colis: to the address of the relay point (Relais Colis network) chosen at the time of the order
• Mondial Relay: to the address of the relay point (Mondial Relay network) chosen at the time of the order; if the relay point is unavailable after the order is placed, the Site will contact the Customer to arrange an alternative Mondial Relay address for delivery

The shipping rate for orders is indicated on the order summary, following the choice of delivery method. It depends on the amount to be paid for the products, the total order weight, and the chosen location and method of delivery.

Payment Methods

The Buyer places their order online. Payment is due on the date of the order. After clicking on the product and offer of their choice and filling out the online order form, the Buyer must pay for their order by credit card.

The Buyer is then invited to enter their bank details. Credit card details are encrypted using the SSL protocol. The Buyer can therefore order in complete security.

After this step, the order is subject to final validation. The online provision of the Buyer's bank details and the final validation of the order shall constitute proof of the Buyer's agreement.

The Buyer guarantees the Seller that they have the necessary authorizations to use the payment method they have chosen, when validating the purchase order. The Seller reserves the right to suspend any order management and delivery in the event of refusal of credit card payment authorization by officially accredited organizations or in the event of non-payment. In particular, the Seller reserves the right to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order from a Buyer who has not fully or partially paid a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is currently being administered.
