TASTING NOTES
Character: Intense, coastal, and famously peppery.
Nose: Fresh and highly fragrant. Beneath a thick, pungent smoke, you’ll find the sweetness of pear and apple peels, seasoned with sea salt, seaweed, and a hint of smoked kippers.
Palate: A visceral experience reminiscent of a crackling peat fire. It delivers bold notes of black pepper, sea brine, and dry barley. This intensity is beautifully countered by a welcome arrival of orchard fruits, providing a delicate and sophisticated balance.
