While traditionally aged in second-fill sherry casks, this atypical expression reveals a hidden, wonderfully fresh side of this malt!

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and elegant. It reveals sweet minty and herbaceous notes, evolving into ripe fruits.

Palate: Refined and fresh. It expresses cereal notes, becoming slightly spicy and fruity (pear, apple).

Finish: Long and lively, returning to the minty freshness of the nose. Ideal as an aperitif.
