TASTING NOTES
Character: Heavily peated, medicinal, and industrial.
Nose: Unmistakably Islay. Precision notes of licorice stick, cold hearth ash, and chimney smoke. It develops a strong medicinal edge with cloves, toasted malted barley (the kiln), and hints of varnish and hot tar.
Palate: A massive concentration of peat. It cycles through industrial notes of tar and fuel, balanced by the cooling sensations of camphor, eucalyptus, and menthol. It even carries a distinct, nostalgic hint of "warm rubber."
Finish: Extremely persistent. It lingers with notes of warm asphalt and a final, subtle vegetal touch.
