VODKA BALTHAZAR BORVO 50CL

Balthazar Vodka BORVO is produced through a minimum six-day fermentation followed by double distillation in Holstein bain-marie stills. The production method is close to that used for Whisky Hedgehog, Tronçais, and Aumance, except for the fermentation process, which uses different yeasts and local spring water.

Unlike barrel-aged spirits, it is rested in stainless steel tanks to preserve the purity of its white spirit character and aromatic freshness.

NOSE
Floral, with oat flakes and cereal notes, followed by hints of blond tobacco and citrus

PALATE
Full, smooth, with crushed cereal notes

FINISH
Balanced between cereal and fruit, slightly spicy and elegant
