In China, jasmine tea (Mo Li Hua Cha) is believed to be the oldest floral tea. It is said to have been created during the imperial Song dynasty (960–1279).

Mo Li Hua Cha is produced using a centuries-old method: green tea leaves are blended with fresh jasmine flowers, which naturally infuse their fragrance. The petals are then carefully removed by hand one by one to avoid bitterness in the infusion. The result is a refined green tea with a delicate and elegant jasmine aroma.
