CANADIAN-STYLE BISON TERRINE 180G

Our Canadian-style bison terrine combines French gastronomic tradition with a little taste of elsewhere through maple syrup and cranberries. A subtle and very light blend of sweet and savory, this terrine offers incomparable flavors.

Produced in accordance with Auvergne gastronomic traditions, our bison terrine is cooked in our butcher shop in Allier using meat from animals from our French farm. Our American bison are raised in semi-freedom and outdoors, fed with healthy and natural food, to guarantee you a tasty and 100% French quality product. All our charcuterie and cured meats are crafted with care, without preservatives or artificial colors.

Bison meat and liver (50%), pork throat, white wine, cranberries (5%), eggs, maple syrup (2.5%), whisky, sugar, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and spices. Contains sulfites. No preservatives or colors.
