Its profile is rich and generous, with notes of bitter almonds, hazelnuts, caramelised dried fruits and Morello cherries, complemented by woody notes and a delicate hint of vanilla.
Designed for mixology, it can be used just like a classic amaretto, with the same dosage: 4 to 5 cl per cocktail. Its powerful aroma also makes it enjoyable neat over ice, in coffee, in pastries, or in cocktail creations.
