TASTING NOTES
Character: Intense, industrial, and "high-decibel" peat.
Nose: An immediate blast of heavy peat smoke and salty sea air. It is sharp, punchy, and unmistakably maritime.
Palate: The mouthfeel is thick, oily, and "fat" (grasse). It delivers a wall of heavy, dense smoke reminiscent of a crackling beach bonfire, accompanied by intense black pepper and iodine.
Finish: A "tempestuous" finish. It surprises with its incredible longevity, leaving a lingering trail of soft, salted smoke and a powerful coastal tingle on the tongue.
