A variation of the cannery's "star" product, this Pot'je Vlees blends four white meats—rabbit, chicken, pork, and veal—in jelly. This version is crafted with a touch of blonde beer from the Quentovic brewery. The beer softens the flavor of the meat during cooking, while the aeration from the carbonation makes the overall texture lighter.

INGREDIENTS : Pork, rabbit, chicken, veal, beer 8.6% (from Brasserie Quentovic), jelly (pork gelatin category G, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, sulfites), salt, pepper, aromatics.
