This oil holds the AOP Provence (Protected Designation of Origin) status, which guarantees the product's typicality and the traditional expertise of the growers and millers.

Production Details
Harvest: An early harvest occurring around mid-October or from mid-November to early December for specific AOP standards.
Process: Green olives are crushed fresh without storage, within a maximum of 12 hours after harvest.
Extraction: Cold-extracted at a low temperature of 21°C.
Certification: 100% Organic (BIO) and recognized as AOP Provence since February 14, 2020.
Vintage: 2022-2023 production.
