TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Beautiful gold.
Nose: Fresh and seductive, revealing sweet notes of ripe pear, cherry juice, and exotic fruits. Citrus (blood orange and lemon) appears, followed by subtle floral hints of apple and cherry blossom. Upon opening, it becomes more indulgent and pastry-like, with coconut, bourbon vanilla, and cream-filled chouquettes. Underlying notes of mint and a touch of musk.
Palate: Juicy and highly indulgent, fulfilling the promises of the nose. A parade of ripe fruits is accentuated by bold notes of rum (banana) and caramel. It gains complexity with hints of "Zan" candy, liquorice, and star anise. The mid-palate is dominated by pear nectar, quickly giving way to creamy flavors while remaining fresh throughout.
Finish: As indulgent as the palate, it develops with pear and bourbon vanilla before fading into a very fine and light bitterness.
