These artisanal gumdrops combine the soft, light texture of marshmallow (guimauve) with classic "pâte grise" (grey paste). Delicately flavored with natural orange blossom water and a touch of natural vanilla, they are made using high-quality natural gum arabic (acacia gum) to achieve their signature melting texture.

INGREDIENTS : Gum arabic (40%), sugar, glucose syrup, crystallized invert sugar syrup, egg white, orange blossom water, natural vanilla flavoring, coloring: caramel.
