ENCANTADO MEZCAL ARTESANAL 70CL

Encantado Mezcal Artesanal is developed specifically for the cocktail scene. Like other mezcals from San Luis, it is defined more by its mineral character than by heavy smokiness, making it refined and delicate.

The agaves are cooked in a traditional underground conical oven, and the grinding is done entirely by hand using a horse-drawn millstone.

Encantado is the result of over 20 years of research by the Los Danzantes group in the world of agave, as well as a commitment to producing a 100% Espadín artisanal mezcal for bars worldwide. Fermentation takes place naturally in wooden vats, followed by double distillation in copper stills.
