CUVÉE R – LIQUEUR DE RAISIN 70CL DISTILLERIE DES SCORIES

A traditional liqueur is produced by adding refined sugar to a base alcohol. At the Distillerie des Scories, the greatest care is taken in the distillation of our eaux-de-vie, and the choice is made to never sweeten our spirits.

This is why Cuvée R is crafted, in collaboration with a partner winemaker, from a white grape must to which a wine eau-de-vie is added. Only the sugar naturally present in the grape will bring sweetness to this natural liqueur. No additives and no filtration are carried out. Aging in oak casks will complement the white grape aromas with gourmet notes.

The final result is a delicious liqueur to be enjoyed chilled or with ice cubes. From aperitif to digestive, it wonderfully accompanies blue cheeses, foie gras, chocolate desserts, and much more!
