La Marseillaise is the explosive meeting point between pastis and chilli.

This characterful hot sauce is made in France with pastis from Distillerie de la Plaine, fresh Picaro and Habanero chillies, and a real desire to bring some atmosphere to the table.
Picaro chilli brings a rather gentle, well-balanced heat, while Habanero adds more intensity. The result is a fragrant, sunny and slightly cheeky sauce, perfect for those who enjoy flavours with personality.
Serving suggestions:
Bring it out when people gather around the table: grilled meats, fish, seafood, roasted vegetables, panisses, tapas or aperitifs with friends. Just a few drops are enough to wake up a dish… and why not add some to a pastis, for the more adventurous.
