The Blizzard sauce combines blueberry and blackberry with Habanero peppers to create a winter sauce with sweet, tangy, and warming notes. Its coating texture and moderate heat make it the ideal companion for melting cheeses. With its light spice, acidic freshness, and spicy jam-like texture, Blizzard pairs wonderfully with all winter dishes: raclettes, fondues, roasted Mont d’Or, tartiflettes, croziflettes, and mountain cheeses.
