Only wild gentian roots are harvested from June to the end of September exclusively in the Monts d’Auvergne (Puy de Dôme and Cantal).
They are macerated fresh for 7 to 9 months. Then, the secret recipe is prepared, followed by the weighing operation in alcohol to adjust the drink to the desired alcohol content.

1-liter bottle at 17.5° alcohol.
