This Fleur de Sel is harvested in Batz-sur-Mer, located on the Croisic peninsula directly across from Guérande. Produced by a family of salt workers who have cultivated the marshes for generations, this salt is protected under the Indication Géographique Protégée (IGP) status.

Considered the "nectar" of the salt marshes, this Fleur de Sel is a purely natural product shaped by the ocean, wind, and sun:

The Harvest: It represents the thin layer of crystals that forms on the surface of the salt marshes.

Refinement: Similar to imperial tea picking or Neguine saffron, this is the most subtle and refined salt available.
