From the cannery: For a change from the traditional Alsatian sauerkraut, we offer this gourmet fish version prepared with smoked haddock (from JC David), trout fillets, and whiting. To add an extra marine touch to the sauce, we have included sea beans (samphire) from the Baie de Somme.

Preparation Advice:

Reheat over low heat in a saucepan or in the oven at 200°C in an earthenware dish.
