TASTING NOTES

Nose: A savory and inviting bouquet featuring rich vanilla dusted with cinnamon, supported by a background of indulgent, gourmand oak.

Palate: Ample and generous on the tongue. The initial notes of vanilla and spice evolve into complex flavors of dried apricots, clove, and sweet "pomme d'amour" (candy apple).
