Located in Vercheny, a small village in the Drôme at the heart of the Clairette de Die Appellation, Luc Faure continues the expertise of six generations of independent winemakers across a 25-hectare estate. The Domaine Jacques Faure is HVE (High Environmental Value) certified, ensuring environmental respect regarding treatments and fertilization. To ensure the best expression of the terroir, the vines are cultivated with short pruning to control yields.

The harvest remains manual, and fermentations begin in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before continuing naturally in the bottle within the cool depths of the cellars.
