A unique and secret recipe that contains subtle herbal aromas. The Bigallet Dessertine liqueur is made from the distillation of 2 secret bouquets of aromatic plants. The refinement of this liqueur's taste comes from a short maceration process: the finest aromas are captured in the distillate while minimizing bitterness.

This precious liqueur is then patiently aged in oak casks for several months, at the cellar master's discretion, to develop a unique aromatic complexity. Upon tasting, one finds a sensual aroma of fresh botanicals with honeyed notes.
