We have packed all the aromas of garlic from Drôme (France) into a single-dose pod. This provides you with ready-to-use semolina garlic, always available in your kitchen. The aromatic quality and taste of the garlic are fully preserved within the pod. It was a natural choice for us to work with garlic from a PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) zone like Drôme. Origin France, of course. This garlic is dehydrated and then ground into a semolina powder.
