Our crème de cassis is a fruit cream, made from the maceration of blackcurrants sourced from sustainable agriculture (mostly Noir de Bourgogne).

•● Alcohol by volume: 18% ●•

 

• Color: Garnet red.

• Palate: one immediately feels the intense taste of blackcurrant which lingers well after tasting. Very smooth sensation and a slight bitterness brought by the tannins of the seeds.

 

✔ Serving suggestion: As an aperitif in a kir with a crémant or Champagne, as a digestive on its own, or as a topping on desserts.
