CONFITURE TROIS FRUITS ROUGES MIOT

This fruit preparation with cane sugar was awarded the Gold Medal at the 2015 Concours Général Agricole at the Paris Agricultural Show.

This recipe is a perfectly balanced blend of three red fruits: strawberries, raspberries, and morello cherries. Worked with whole fruits, they blend subtly to reveal the fresh and tangy flavors of our gardens and forests.

INGREDIENTS : Fruit simmered with cane sugar (60% fruit), fruits 60% (morello cherry 30%, strawberry 24%, raspberry 6%), cane sugar 39%, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from fruit).

Storage: this jam can be kept for 1 month in the refrigerator after opening.
