The new Lemon Cream is a French version of English lemon curd. It is made with fresh eggs, cane sugar, lemon juice (EU and non-EU origin)*, and butter (milk). Keep refrigerated before and after opening.
The lemon juice preferably comes from Spain or Italy (possibly from Argentina).

INGREDIENTS : Cane sugar; lemon juice, unsalted butter (milk), fresh egg yolks; lemon essential oil; gelling agent: pectin.
