A smooth recipe with the delicately tangy taste characteristic of rosehip berries (wild rose), also known as “gratte-cul,” a playful name referring to the itchy hairs found on the fruit of the wild rose bush. Although rosehips are often found along woodland paths and hedgerows, they cannot be eaten directly from the plant. Maison Francis Miot carefully prepares these berries before creating this soft red fruit recipe with delicate tangy notes.
A bonus: rosehip is very rich in vitamin C and is often compared to royal jelly in honey.

INGREDIENTS : Fruit simmered with cane sugar (60% fruit), rosehip 60%, cane sugar 39%, concentrated lemon juice, gelling agents: pectin (from fruit) and agar-agar.

Storage: this jam can be kept for 1 month in the refrigerator after opening.
