CONFITURE D'ORANGE MIOT

Sweet orange “Navelate” marmalade harvested at full maturity in the Valencia region of Spain. It is the noblest of oranges, with its high juice content, fine pulp, and natural richness in sugar.
Maison Francis Miot has created here a very gentle recipe to contrast with its bitter Seville orange jam. The pleasant tangy taste of orange is softened by cane sugar: an ideal citrus jam for your gourmet toast.

INGREDIENTS : Fruit simmered with cane sugar (60% fruit), orange 60%, 55% for the 45 g jar, cane sugar 39%, 44% for the 45 g jar, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from fruit).

Storage: this fruit preparation can be kept for 1 month in the refrigerator after opening.
