CONFITURE D'ORANGE AMERE MIOT

This bitter orange cane sugar jam is a tangy and well-balanced marmalade. Naturally containing seeds, they are removed before cooking the bitter orange to preserve its beautiful orange color. The peels, finely cut to release their slightly bitter flavor, are cooked together with the orange pulp. Maison Francis Miot carefully selects high-quality, fleshy and juicy oranges to produce premium citrus jams.

INGREDIENTS : Orange 55% (bitter orange 37%, orange 18%), cane sugar 44%, lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from fruit).

This fruit preparation can be kept for 1 month in the refrigerator after opening.
