This recipe is a perfect balance between the sweetness of orchard fruits (peach and apricot), the tanginess of exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit), and the refined notes of Champagne. A highly flavorful blend for a truly indulgent moment!

INGREDIENTS : Fruit simmered with cane sugar (60% fruit), fruits 60% (apricot 32% and 29% for the 45 g jar, mango purée 11% and 13% for the 45 g jar, peach 6%, passion fruit juice 11% and 12% for the 45 g jar), cane sugar 40% and 39% for the 45 g jar, Champagne 0.44% and 0.5% for the 45 g jar (sulfites), lemon juice, gelling agent: pectin (from fruit).

Storage: this fruit preparation can be kept for 1 month in the refrigerator after opening.
