Rosé Cuvée
This seductive Rosé Champagne is crafted from grapes grown on old vines and blended from three Champagne varieties: 35% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Chardonnay (including 30% reserve wines), to which 15% AOC Coteaux Champenois red wine is added.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: A charming, marbled salmon-pink color highlighted by a delicate bead of mousse and light, fine bubbles.
Nose: This Champagne reveals great aromatic richness, developing aromas of red fruits (raspberry and strawberry) and black fruits (blackberry and a hint of blackcurrant).
Palate: The first impression is incredibly soft and delicate. Red fruit aromas are expressed gracefully, blending strawberry and raspberry with blackcurrant. A beautiful palate with lovely freshness that leaves pleasant sensations, capturing both the charm of the fruit and the biscuity notes of the bouquet. A young, supple, and elegant wine.
Food & Wine Pairing
This Brut Rosé is the boldest character in the Fournaise-Dubois range. Very pleasant as an aperitif, it also pairs well with certain cheeses like Chaource and any red fruit-based desserts.
