Vintage Blanc de Blancs

This savory Champagne is composed of 100% Chardonnay from the terroirs of the Ardre Valley. These Chardonnays are sourced from our best "marcs" (press loads) selected during the harvest.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Reveals a perfectly clear, pale gold color with brilliant reflections. The mousse is fine and persistent, complemented by very delicate and refined bubbles, characteristic of great Blanc de Blancs Champagnes.

Nose: It unveils floral notes such as acacia and linden. Its maturity is expressed through sustained aromas of honey and almond. A round and delicate nose.

Palate: The richness and elegance of the Chardonnay highlight the white flower aromas found on the nose, developing warm, round notes of honey before finishing on toasted notes with buttery and brioche aromas. Freshness and a fleshy roundness create a beautiful harmony for an unforgettable Champagne with remarkable length.

Food & Wine Pairing

This Blanc de Blancs is the jewel of the Fournaise-Dubois range. Fabulous as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with a salmon mille-feuille or alongside seafood, shellfish, or fish.
