Production & Aging

The rum is crafted using a blend of distillates to achieve its specific profile:

Composition: A blend consisting of 60% column still rums and 40% double-distilled pot still rums.

Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels. The distillery utilizes a precise rotation of casks—including new oak and second-fill barrels—with specific toast levels (chauffes) designed to enhance the spicy characteristics of the spirit.

Character: A vibrant and well-structured rum that balances the natural freshness of Mauritian sugarcane with the evolving influence of French oak.
