Notice

Canerock is crafted from Jamaican rums distilled in both pot and column stills at the renowned Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries. This base is infused with natural spices, including Madagascar vanilla beans, Caribbean coconut, and a touch of local ginger. To ensure exceptional complexity, the blend incorporates Jamaican rums aged for several years and is rested for a few months in oak casks—with 15% to 20% finishing in Sherry casks—before bottling.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Rich and complex, featuring pastry-like aromas of vanilla, coffee, dark chocolate, and coconut.

Palate: Notes of caramel, sweet spices, and raisins, followed by allspice and delicate tannic hints.

Finish: Simultaneously powerful and smooth, revealing black cherry, prune, and coconut, balanced by fresh notes of mint, ginger, and cloves.
