TASTING NOTES
Appearance: Old gold with amber reflections.
Nose: Round and complex. It opens with indulgent notes of toffee and toasted hazelnut from the sherry influence, followed by a fragrant bouquet of honeysuckle, iris, and lavender. Undertones of malted barley and sweet spices like cinnamon and cumin provide depth.
Palate: Soft and perfectly balanced. The entry is malt-forward with hints of buttery brioche. In the mid-palate, ripe orchard fruits (apple and pear) emerge alongside subtle notes of menthol, beeswax, and fresh walnut. It then blossoms into heady floral notes of violet and lavender, finished with a touch of dark chocolate.
Finish: Long and refined. It offers a pastry-like quality with notes of mocha and fruitcake, balanced by a light saline touch that adds a dynamic edge.
