TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh and elegant, highlighted by white-fleshed fruits (pear) and vanilla against a backdrop of subtle coconut notes.

Palate: Oily with a clean and precise entry. Notes of pear in syrup, evolving into ripe fruits (mirabelle plum), dried fruits (hazelnut, raisin), and oak.

Finish: Dominated by citrus (orange, lemon). Herbaceous (freshly cut hay), lingering with fruit notes (white peach, medlar).
